Services
TAG Auto Group provides professional automotive repair and maintenance services in Calgary, AB. Our services include oil changes, brake repair, engine diagnostics, transmission repair, and comprehensive vehicle maintenance.
Appointments
Appointments can be booked online through our website or by phone. We kindly request a 24-hour cancellation notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other customers who may be waiting for service.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change upon inspection of your vehicle. The final cost will be reviewed and approved by you before any work begins. The diagnostic inspection is free of charge if you proceed with repairs at our facility.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cash. Payment plans may be available for major repairs upon request.
Warranty
We provide a warranty on parts and labor for all services performed. The warranty period varies depending on the type of service. If you experience any issues related to our work, please contact us within 30 days and we will address the problem promptly.
Limitation of Liability
TAG Auto Group is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions that are not directly related to the services performed. We are also not liable for personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before dropping off your vehicle for service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
